Class 10th Marks Sheet / Certificate: To enter your roll number, marks, and personal details exactly as printed.

Recent Passport Size Photograph: Scanned in JPG format (typically under 100 KB).

Scanned Signature: Scanned in JPG format (typically under 100 KB).

Valid Mobile Number & Email ID: Required for OTP verification during One-Time Registration (OTR).

Documents for Physical Verification (Shortlisted Candidates)

If you are shortlisted, you must carry original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies to the designated Divisional Head office within 15 days

Original Class 10th/SSC Marks Sheet & Certificate

Date of Birth Proof (if not explicitly stated in Class 10 certificate)

Identity Proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, etc.)

Caste / Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable, issued by competent authority)

PwBD Certificate (Disability certificate, if applicable)

Transgender Certificate (if applicable)

Medical Certificate: Compulsory medical certificate issued by a medical officer
from a government hospital, dispensary, or primary health centre.

Local Language Proof: Certificate or marksheet showing you passed the local
language of your applied circle up to Class 10.

Computer Knowledge Certificate : (as per notification requirements)
